Alfa-Bank announces the appointment of the head of its Corporate and Investment Business

Starting November, Andrei Chulak will head Alfa-Bank’s CIB unit. He will be responsible for the development of investment business and relations with major corporations.

Andrei Chulak has a wide professional experience in global capital markets in major international investment banks. Prior to joining Alfa Bank, he headed Deutsche Bank’s investment banking and corporate business in Russia and the CIS since 2008. Previously, he was head of the M&A Group on Emerging Markets with the Deutsche Bank AG team in London, and also served as Managing Director for M&A at Merrill Lynch Group. Andrei holds a Master’s Degree from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and an MBA degree from the University of Southern California.
