In Alfa Bank — since 1995.

He was appointed Senior Economist.

Since 1995, he had taken part in the creation of Treasury Department from scratch, Currency and Interest Rate Risk Management System, Liquidity Management System, Transfer Pricing System in Alfa-Bank.

In 1996, he was appointed Head of Asset and Liability Management. In 1999 — Head of Department, Deputy Director of Treasury. In 2001 — First Deputy Head of Treasury. In 2002 — Director of Treasury. In 2009 — Head of Treasury.

Igor is a member of Main Credit Committee and Planning & Budget Committee of the Bank. He is also Deputy Chairman of Asset and Liability Management Committee.

Education: Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (1983) - with honors, University of Marxism-Leninism of the CPSU MGK (1987) — with honors, Master of Business Administration: Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (2005).


— management of assets and liabilities structure, profit maximization from optimizing the structure of the Bank’’s balance sheet;
— control and management of liquidity risk, interest rate risk, currency risk, interest rate for raising and allocation of resources, hedging of capital and profits;
— transfer pricing management;
— development and implementation of the Bank’s policy in financial markets;
— organization of raising and placement of funds in the interbank money market;
— raising funds through the sale of Treasury products (deposits, fixed balances, bills, certificates of deposit, etc.) to financial institutions and corporate customers.
