On May 27, LenSpetsSMU placed its first issue of commercial paper with the help of Alfa-Bank. The issue totals RUB2 bln, has a coupon rate of 14.5% per annum, and matures in three years with no put option.

Alfa-Bank, along with BNP Paribas, ING Bank, RBS and RZB, has finalized the restructuring of Soyuzmetallresurs (SMR) Group’s loan portfolio. The restructuring was completed in April via a $122 mln four-year syndicated loan.
