Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, Chief Financial Officer
Initially was employed as Chief Financial Officer of the Bank in 2005. Since 2006 he is Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board. Before joining Alfa-Bank Andrew Baxter worked at the SUN Group investment company. In 1999, was appointed CFO of Private Equity Fund at SUN Capital, and in 2001 promoted to Partner of the SUN Group. Prior to this time, Andrew Baxter served at Renaissance Capital, the US Russia Investment Fund, CS First Boston in Moscow, and Deloitte & Touche in Johannesburg.
Andrew Baxter graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg in 1988 and is a holder of bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Accounting, qualified as Chartered Accountant (S.A.).
