Svetlana Demyashkevich

Deputy Chief Financial Officer

In Alfa-Bank since 2005.

Starting from 2008, Svetlana is in charge of relationship with investors and rating agencies, involved in making deals in the debt equity markets, responsible for the development of corporate governance system; from 2009 she is supervising relationship with Alfa Group companies and shareholders. Prior to that she was deputy head of accounting division (2005–2007) running audit process and implementing International Accounting Standards, head of finance control (2007–2008) responsible for the Bank’s purchases and expenditures, and a member of the Bank’s Tender Committee.

Before joining Alfa-Bank, in 2002–2004 Svetlana Demyashkevich was engaged by PricewaterhouseCoopers to audit financial institutions; in 2001–2002 was a controller at UNICEF Russia. In 2002, Svetlana Demyashkevich graduated with honors from Academy of Finance under the Government of the Russian Federation, the faculty of International Economic Relations.

Svetlana is a member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK), and a member of Alfa Management Club.

Duties
Work with investors and rating agencies, Alfa Group companies and shareholders, project coordination in business blocks Treasury and Finance.
