Oksana started her career in the field of marketing in 1997 in the FMCG company Philip Morris. She began as a trainee, rising to the post of brand manager of Marlboro. In 2004, Oksana was invited to VimpelCom to the position of Marketing Director for the Moscow region and worked there for more than six years; in different periods she was responsible for working out and implementing marketing strategies for different segments and areas. Since 2012, Oksana worked as Director of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service at Intouch Insurance. During her work period the company rose to the 5th place in Russia in terms of the brand awareness, and its consumer loyalty index reached 48%.

Oksana graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University. She got second university degree, in linguistics, graduating from Moscow State Linguistic University previously known as Maurice Thorez Moscow State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages. She also received specialized education in the field of marketing at the State University of Management and additional financial education.
